From request to a live shop
You don't sign up alone. We set everything up together with you, usually within about a week.
You request a demo
A short form: company, what you sell, roughly how many products. Two minutes.
We talk
We call within one working day. 15–20 minutes about your range, prices and how you track stock.
We set up your shop
Logo, colours, design, address. If you send your file, we enter the first 100 products free, and offer an assisted import or a migration for the whole catalogue.
You get a sign-in email
Set your password and log in to your panel. The shop is ready for buyers.
What you need
- A price list or stock fileExcel, CSV, PDF, even a photo of a notebook.
- Someone who knows the goodsFor one or two questions during classification.
- A logo, if you have oneIf not, the shop shows your name.
You don't need: an IT department, a developer, a bank card.
What happens to your data
- ImportWe read your file as it is. Columns don't need to match a template.
- ETIM classificationETIM is the common European standard for describing technical goods. Every item gets a class and parameters from it. Unclear ones are flagged and we ask you.
- Preview before any changeNew, changed and removed items, line by line. Nothing goes live without your confirmation.
- Your data stays yoursExport the whole catalogue to Excel at any time.
How enquiries and orders reach you
- EmailFor every enquiry or order: which company sent it, with a link to it in your panel.
- PanelAll orders and enquiries in one place, with their status.
- PDF quotationFill in prices on the enquiry and send a quote. The buyer gets it by email.
- ProformaPriced orders come with a proforma invoice. You issue the tax invoice.
